• Soft clean blankets are used to cover the floor areas where the work is being performed and where ladders are being used
• All dust and debris is cleaned up before we leave your home or business
• The client knows how much the repair is going to cost after the problem is diagnosed and before the work begins
• The client knows the process of the work, and the proper operation and usage of the products and services which have been purchased
