Dear Joe,
I have been looking at our energy usage and find that it is down markedly since we have had a maintenance contract with you, I compared the actual units of energy we used for the past three years and the first two of them, before we had a maintenance contract with you, we were using more electricity. Then you found the problem with our air conditioner and it dropped by at least 30%.
It has been two months since you serviced our furnace and our gas usage has dropped by at least 20%. It is hard to compare exactly because it has been colder this year and we have been at home more. We kept the furnace on most of the time and it is still down from previous years.
